Each Sunday, 8-10 a.m., a team meets at the church to help repair bicycles belonging to our Open Arms guests. This ministry provides a much-needed service to the community. Bicycles enable the homeless and the poor to meet their transportation needs and a working, safe bicycle is vital.

The Bike Repair Ministry welcomes anyone who is interested in getting involved; no experience needed!

Save the Date: The ministry will offer an introduction to bike repair training 8-10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 8. You can bring your own bike to work on if you like! Use this form to register for the training.

The Bike Repair Ministry has an ongoing need for bicycle parts:

  • 26” tubes
  • 26” tires
  • Universal brake pads
  • Spray grease
  • Lights
  • Locks
  • Brake and gear cables
  • Gear shifters
  • Pedals

In addition, donations are gladly accepted.
