The holidays are meant to bring us feelings of joy, yet the increased activity can leave us feeling stressed out, exhausted and depressed. Maybe you or someone you know is dealing with feelings like these.
All are invited to join us for a special workshop: “Healther, Happier Holidays: Managing the Stress of the Season.” 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14 Knox Hall Room 150.
Dr. Erica Clark, church member and psychologist, will help us:
- Set realistic expectations for the holiday season
- Offer ideas on how to successfully manage the many emotions that often accompany the season
- Provide companionship so people do not suffer alone
