Volunteers needed! To help in the protection of our patients, team members and community, we are asking for your help in creating homemade cloth masks. Our goal is to provide 10,000 cloth masks to the Tampa General Hospital team over the next few weeks.

Based on Center for Disease Control’s guidelines, all mask donations must feature a double layer of unused machine-washable cotton. Further guidelines and step-by-step mask tutorials from the CDC can be found on the CDC website.

Those wishing to donate can visit our drop-off location starting next week. From 9-11 a.m. Wednesdays and 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Fridays, donate your masks at One Davis Blvd. on Davis Islands. You may pull into the valet area and have the masks collected directly from your car!

Want to donate masks via mail? Please send to Tampa General Hospital, Attn: Volunteer Services, P.O. Box 1289, Tampa, FL 33601.
