Transforming Two Lives in Tampa
Church members Todd and Carole Binkowski offered  jobs in their bakery to two homeless men who were being served in our Open Arms ministry. One year later, more than two lives were transformed. Teaching the Bible for 40 Years at Hyde Park, "Miss Joyce" Covington was honored by the Florida United Methodist Foundation for her outstanding service and commitment to generations of third graders. Hyde Park offers gluten-free communion service, reports Ashley Glass of ABC Action News in Tampa, in this March 24, 2011 televised report on accommodating individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
