This past year has been the most difficult year we have lived through as a nation – COVID-19, social isolation, racial and political unrest – and individually, it has been devastating for so many.  We all have experienced many losses and are still reeling from their impact on our lives. We know that when we experience a loss, we are often overcome with intense feelings of grief and sadness. You are not alone.

Sharing in a safe space can help bring healing and hope in the midst of your grief. Our Grief Support Group will meet at 6 p.m. Thursdays beginning Feb. 18 on ZOOM. This group is open to anyone experiencing pain or grief, and it will be led by Gary Uremovich, email, and Viveca Yoshikawa, email. During these weekly gatherings, information will be shared and group discussions will be encouraged, but you will only need to share as you feel comfortable doing so.
