Pastors and members of our lay visitation team visit members in hospitals and nursing homes, and will deliver Love Meals to your front door in such times of need.

You may specify “pastors only” see your request, or that it be shared with church staff and intercessory prayer team members who pray over requests every week.
Our Healing Prayer Team is available the first Sunday of each month in the Chapel following all worship services. They listen to and pray with people in need of spiritual, emotional and physical healing.

Food and Clothing
Hyde Park United Methodist provides fellowship and a hot breakfast every Sunday morning through our Open Arms Ministry, which is open to all in need. The Open Arms Ministry also provides haircuts and clothing distribution monthly, as well as other services. For more information, contact Pam Carpenter.
In order to help the most people with the most urgent needs, our congregation generously supports “The Sparrow Fund.”
